The label removing machine is used for removal of label, paper on PET bottles. This machine saves labor for peeling the labels from the bottles one by one and improves the production capacity.

The working principles of medium speed rotating peeling by mechanical force and high pressure water flushing are applied, which enable label/paper removing rate to over than 90%. AlsoCaps, mud and sand with the bottles can be washed and separate out with remarkable effects.

Inside the chamber, blades on vanes are special designed with a angle which is replaceable and also with long service life time.
