Plastic Recycling Machines We Build
Shredders, crushers, washing lines, pelletizing machines and the auxiliary equipment between them. If you are still working out which machines your waste stream needs, start from the plastic recycling machine line guide.
Plastic Recycling Washing Line
Turns contaminated waste into clean flake, configured from contamination backwards.

View CategoryYour Waste Decides How Many Machines You Buy
A complete line is five stages. Almost nothing needs all five — and what your material can skip is what decides the price. Find your waste stream below.
Caps and labels share a size with the flake but not a density, so they leave in the sink-float tank — not in the crusher.
PET bottle washing lineA whole drum will not enter a crusher. The shredder opens it first, and only then does the screen size mean anything.
HDPE rigid recycling lineThreads, metal fragments and coatings are what decide the difficulty here, far more than the tonnage does.
PP woven bag recycling lineLight scrap bridges at the pelletizer throat instead of feeding, so this stream needs compactor feeding rather than a bigger motor.
Film pelletizing with compactorIt never left your building, so it is already clean. Washing and drying drop out and roughly half the line disappears with them.
Mini granulator for clean scrapAbout BKL-MACHINE
A Plastic Recycling Machine Manufacturer in Zhangjiagang, China
BKL-MACHINE (Suzhou Beakeland Machinery) has built plastic recycling machines in Zhangjiagang, China since 2015: washing lines, shredders, crushers, pelletizing machines and the auxiliary equipment between them.
We quote a complete turnkey line for PET, HDPE, PP and film, or one machine to fit into a plant you already run. Every project starts from your waste stream rather than a catalogue model, and machines are trial run before they ship.
Why Buyers Choose BKL-MACHINE
Every reason below can be checked before you pay anything. Three ways, in the order of how much effort each one costs you.
Building recycling lines since 2015
Plastic washing, shredding, crushing and pelletizing equipment for eleven years — nothing else.

Cutting, welding, machining and assembly all happen in our own 2,500 m² workshop in Zhangjiagang. The people who quote your line are the ones who build it.

Five stages, and each one hands you something you can look at — a drawing, photos off the shop floor, a video of your own material running. Two of them wait for your approval before we carry on.
Stage 01 — design and planning
We start from your waste stream rather than a catalogue model: what the material is, how it arrives, how contaminated it is, the output you need to sell and the space you have. The layout, capacity and machine list come out of those answers, and the drawing is confirmed with you before any steel is cut.

Stage 02 — manufacturing
Laser and flame cutting of sheet metal, then lathes and milling machines for the holes and threads. Crusher and shredder shafts are CNC machined, because rotor concentricity is what decides how the machine behaves under load.

Nothing — we keep you posted
Stage 03 — assembly and debugging
Frame and transmission go together to the drawing, then the hydraulic lines and the electrical cabinet are connected. Fit clearances and seals are checked before the machine is powered up, and the drive parameters are set here on our floor rather than left for your electrician to work out on site.
Assembly and wiring photos
Nothing — we keep you posted
Stage 04 — quality inspection
Paint adhesion and weld flatness are checked by eye first, then the machine is powered and run with material. Where you have sent us your own waste, it runs on that rather than on a demo feedstock, and the run is filmed so you see the output before anything is packed.
Trial-run video on your material
Your approval of the output before we pack
Stage 05 — pack and ship
Model, quantity and accessories are checked against your order, then the machine is crated, wrapped and secured to the trailer. Loading is photographed for the file you keep, so what left our yard is on record.

What Buyers Ask Before Sending an Inquiry
Five questions that come up before any model number does. Machine and process questions are answered in the plastic recycling machine line guide.
-
What do you need from me before you can quote?
The material and how it arrives — baled, loose, how contaminated it is — the output you intend to sell, a rough capacity in kg per hour, and the power supply at your site. Photographs of the waste tell us more than a written description does. With those we can put a layout and a machine list together; without them any figure would be a guess.
-
My volume is small. Do you build machines that size?
Published capacities start at 30 to 60 kg per hour on the air-cooling mini granulator, which exists for factories reprocessing their own clean scrap, and run up to 3,000 kg per hour on a PET bottle washing line. If your volume sits below the smallest line, say so — one machine feeding equipment you already own is often the sensible answer rather than a line.
-
I have never run a recycling plant. Is that a problem?
No, but the first questions are not about machines. Who buys your output, how much feedstock you can secure each month and what power your site has will decide more than the model number will. If those are unsettled, a larger machine does not fix them.
How to start a plastic recycling business -
Do I need to send you a sample of my waste?
Not to get a quotation — photographs and a description are usually enough. It matters later: machines are run and filmed before packing, and where you have sent material the trial runs on yours rather than on a demo feedstock. That is the closest thing to proof that the configuration suits your waste.
-
How do I compare your quotation with a cheaper one?
Compare the parts that decide the cost rather than the total. Motor rating and rotor or screw diameter for the same stated capacity, the steel and heat treatment on knives and screws, whether the screen changer, water treatment and control cabinet sit inside the price or beside it, and what the wear parts cost to replace. Two quotations that differ a lot usually differ on one of those.
Send Us Your Waste Stream, Not a Model Number
Tell us what your waste plastic is, how it arrives and what you need to sell, and we will map the line for you. Material photos, target capacity and your available power supply are enough to start.
- An engineer reads it, not a mailing list. You get a line layout and a machine list, not a PDF price sheet.
- Usually one working day. If your material needs a closer look, we say so rather than guess.
- Photos help more than words. A phone picture of your waste tells us more than three paragraphs.

PET Recycling Flake Grades and What a Tonne Costs
What your buyer accepts decides how the washing line is built, not the other way round. The gap between fibre grade and food grade is mostly input control, and one contaminant undoes all of it.- Fibre grade tolerates what food grade cannot
